2. Principles
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no externally loaded fonts. We process personal data only where necessary to provide the website or to handle your enquiry.
3. Hosting
The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser information) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, company, email, phone if provided, topic and message) to answer your enquiry. The data is transmitted via the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which forwards it to us by email; processing outside the EU may occur. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Email, phone and WhatsApp
We process the details you send us by email or phone to handle your request. Our mailbox is operated by isimtescil.net (Türkiye); the transfer is necessary to handle your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). The WhatsApp buttons are plain links; WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.) is only contacted when you click one.
6. Google Maps links
The Google Maps links open Google's map service in a new window. No map is embedded on our website.
7. Retention and your rights
We delete your data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@2b-beyond.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection, Wiesbaden.
